Male loneliness is on the rise… here’s how to Male loneliness is on the rise… here’s how to overcome the struggle.

1. Nurture Social Skills: Social skills training can make you more confident and a better communicator, helping you form more meaningful relationships.

2. Participate in Group Activities: Engage in community-based activities such as sports, hobby groups and community services.

3. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): CBT promotes positive thinking and specifically targets unhelpful beliefs about social interactions that are holding you back. 

4. Peer Support Programs: Support groups give you access to people with similar experiences. Peer support improves social connections and reduces loneliness.

5. Awareness Reduces Stigma: The more we share our personal stories, the more it may encourage men to speak up and seek help, without fear or shame.
